  1. General Terms
    1. The German Juveelisalong online jewelry store sells jewelry items (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”).
    2. These Terms of Use apply to the contractual and legal relationship between the customer (hereinafter the “Client”) and the owner of the online store at www.juveelisalong.ee (hereinafter the “Online Store”), German Silver OÜ (hereinafter the “Seller”), when purchasing a Product.
    3. In addition to these Terms, the legal relationship arising from the purchase of Products in the Online Store is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  1. Prices
    1. All prices listed in the Online Store are quoted in euros and include the value-added tax applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
    2. The price of a Product is valid from the moment the order is placed until the payment deadline expires. If the Seller changes the price of a Product after the order is placed but before the payment deadline, the Client undertakes to pay the price in effect at the time the order was placed.
    3. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods sold in the Online Store at any time.
    4. The Seller is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or declarations (including any customs duties and declarations) that the Client must pay in their country of residence.
  1. Products
    1. Products displayed in the Online Store are generally in stock. Availability may be incorrect due to technical issues in the Online Store’s systems.
    2. If the Client places an order and it turns out the Product is out of stock, the Online Store cannot fulfill that order. In this case, a store representative will contact the Client to offer a replacement product, suggest a new delivery date, or refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
    3. Photos of Products displayed in the Online Store are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Product.
  1. Purchase
    1. The customer selects the desired Product in the online store and adds it to the cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
    2. To send an order, click the "Next to payment" button in the shopping cart, after which the Client will be sent to the order form page. After entering the necessary data, the Client pays for the Goods by transferring the amount through the online bank and confirms the order by clicking the "Back to the seller" button.
    3. After payment for the Goods, the online store sends an order confirmation to the Client's e-mail.
    4. The Order shall be confirmed if the amount paid by the Customer is credited to the Seller's account.
    5. After confirming the order, the Customer can receive the purchased Goods by mail or at Tallinna mnt 41, Narva 20605, Estonia, on the ground floor of the Astri shopping center, at the German jewelry store.
    6. Unpaid orders will be canceled on time.
    7. To fulfill the order, the Client undertakes to provide the necessary, reliable data at the checkout.
    8. The Seller shall not be liable for the impossibility to fulfill the order due to incorrect data provided by the Client, or for any consequences associated therewith.

    5. Delivery

      1. Products can be ordered in the Online Store for delivery within Estonia or abroad.
      2. When making a purchase, the Client may choose their preferred delivery method. The Client bears the delivery cost, unless otherwise agreed by the Seller.
      3. The Client must keep the packaging, price tag, and security element (tag) of the Product until the end of the 14-day return period.
      4. Before placing the order, the Client must verify their contact information to avoid delivery delays or misunderstandings.
      5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or misunderstandings caused by inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the Client.
      6. If the package delivered by the courier is damaged or opened, the Client must immediately notify the courier and document the damage or opening of the packaging. The damaged or opened package may be returned with the courier. If the Client wishes to open the damaged package to inspect the Product and decide on a return, both the courier and the Client shall complete and sign a written report detailing the visible damage.
      7. The Client must promptly inform the Seller of any damage to the packaging or Product during delivery by emailing info@juveelisalong.ee along with photographs of the damage and the signed damage report.
      8. International orders will be handed over to the courier by 12:00 CET on the next business day following order confirmation.
      9. Deliveries within Estonia typically reach the destination within 2–7 business days from the effective date of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes up to 7 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the Online Store may deliver within up to 45 calendar days.
    1. Right of Return
      1. The Client has the right to return or exchange a Product ordered in the Online Store for another Product of equal value within 14 days. The return period begins upon receipt of the Product.
      2. If the value of the returned Product is less than the value of the replacement Product, the Seller will issue a gift card to compensate the price difference; the difference will not be refunded in cash or by transfer.
      3. If the value of the returned Product is greater than the value of the replacement Product, the Client must immediately pay the price difference.
      4. To return an order, the Client must send a return request accepted by the Seller to info@juveelisalong.ee.
      5. The returned or exchange item must be sent back to the Seller in the same way it was delivered or delivered to the German Yewelry store at Tallinna mnt 41, Narva 20605, Estonia, on the ground floor of the Astri shopping center.
      6. The Client undertakes to return the Product within 14 days of submitting the return request.
      7. The Seller will refund the payment for the Product to the Client no later than 14 days after receiving the return request, but not before the returned Products have been received and inspected to ensure they meet all requirements.
      8. The refund will be made to the same bank account used for the original payment.
      9. If the Products were paid for with a gift card, a new gift card of the same value will be issued.
      10. The returned or exchange Product must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and with all original packaging, tags, and components intact. A Product is considered used if the security element has been removed or damaged.
      11. Custom-made items, items engraved by the Seller, or otherwise modified (e.g., resized, re-gemmed, altered clasps) are not eligible for return or exchange.
      12. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Client bears the cost of returning the Product unless the Seller specifies otherwise.
    1. Claims
      1. Products sold in the Online Store have a two-year claim period.
      2. If a defect is discovered, the Client must inform the Seller within two months of discovering the defect by emailing german@juveelisalong.ee.
      3. If it is determined that a Product purchased in the Online Store has a manufacturing defect, the Seller must replace or repair it. If replacement or repair is not possible, the Seller will refund all costs associated with the sales contract.
      4. In case of non-conformity, the Seller bears all costs related to repair or replacement of the Product, including transportation, postage, labor, travel, and materials.
      5. If the Seller doubts whether the defect is due to manufacturing or the Client’s fault, experts will determine the cause of the defect.
    1. Liability
      1. The Seller and the Client are liable to each other in the cases and to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia for damage caused by breach of these Terms of Use.
      2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the Product.
      3. The Client undertakes to use the Online Store’s services in accordance with the law and ethical standards.
      4. The Seller is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of ordered Products, nor for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including force majeure.
    1. Processing of Personal Data
      1. The Client gives the Seller clear and informed consent to process personal data. Personal data are the data the Seller collects to complete a purchase or for further contact with the Client. The collection of personal data may occur by:
        • providing contact information (including name, personal identification code, postal address, telephone number, email address) in the Online Store;
        • using the Online Store with the Client’s account information or cookies;
        • when making a purchase in the e-shop, the Seller may request personal information on a specific website, such as name, address, postal code, email address, telephone number, and other data;
        • requests to purchase a Product on installment.
      2. The Seller may also collect non-personal data not directly linked to an individual (gender, age, language preferences, location) to provide more useful information and identify Client preferences.
      3. Collected personal data are used to inform Clients about Products, promotions, and upcoming events. A Client who does not wish to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time by notifying the Seller. Personal data are also used for delivery and to fulfill obligations between the Client and Seller. To improve service, the Seller may share data with third-party service providers who agree to maintain confidentiality, such as delivery partners or after-sales service providers.
      4. Personal data transferred to the Seller are stored in the client database and used to provide sales services and product offers.
      5. Contact details and purchase information entered at checkout are stored by the Seller as confidential and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Data required for delivery are shared with the courier company.
      6. The Seller may send special offers and marketing campaigns by email only if the Client has given consent.
      7. Data transmitted between the Client, banks, and the card payment center are encrypted to ensure security.
      8. Payment is made outside the Online Store in the secure environment of the respective bank or service provider. The Online Store has no access to the Client’s banking or credit card data.
      9. All personal information obtained during visits to the Online Store and purchases is treated as confidential.
      10. Personal data processing is carried out by OU German Silver, registration code 10638689.
    1. Terms of Use and Amendments
      1. The Client agrees to these Terms when registering or making a purchase in the Online Store.
      2. The sales contract between the Seller and the Client becomes effective when payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
      3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use and product prices at any time without prior notice. Changes are published on the Online Store’s website. The Terms and prices in effect at the time of the transaction apply to that transaction.
      4. The Seller may refuse to fulfill an order if the displayed price was incorrect due to a technical error.
    2. Other Provisions
      1. Disputes between the Client and Seller are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Client may appeal to the Consumer Protection Board.
