Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Our warehouse is located in Estonia. Your order will be delivered to the courier after confirmation, either the same day or by 12:00 PM the following business day. Delivery time depends on the delivery method and location specified by the buyer. Within Estonia, delivery takes 2 to 6 business days. International delivery takes 3 to 10 business days. RETURNS

The buyer has the right to return or exchange an item purchased from the online store within 14 days. To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered item must be unused.

We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, engraved, or made to order.

Returns within Estonia are free of charge.

International orders – the buyer is responsible for the return costs, unless the reason for the return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., the wrong item or a defective item).

Returning an item

You can return the item the same way you received it or bring it to German Juveelisalong (German Silver OÜ), located in Narva, Estonia, at Tallinn Road 41, ASTRI Shopping centre, 1st floor, opposite the R kiosk.

Use logistics companies or postal services that provide a tracking number.

The item must be returned in good condition, with undamaged original packaging, certificate, and other accessories.

Please include a completed exchange form.

Returned items must be placed in separate packaging for safe shipment. If shipping labels are still attached to the original box, the item will be considered worn and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return is confirmed.

For gift card purchases, the refund will be in the form of a gift card, which can be reused for future purchases.
