Processing of Personal Data

1. The Client gives the Seller clear and informed consent to the processing of personal data. Personal data are the data that the Seller collects in order to complete a purchase or for further contact with the Client. Collection of the Client’s personal data may be carried out by the following means:
   • providing contact information (including your name, personal identification code, postal address, telephone number, email address) in the online store;
   • using the e-shop with the Client’s account information or cookies;
   • when making a purchase in the e-shop, the Seller may request personal information on a specific website. Necessary personal data may include name, address, postal code, email address, telephone number, and other information;
   • upon request to purchase a product on installment.
2. The Seller may also collect non-personal data that is not directly linked to any specific individual (gender, age, language preferences, location). Such data are collected to provide the Client with more useful information and to identify Clients’ preferences.
3. The collected personal data of the Client are used to inform Clients about products, promotions, and upcoming events of the Seller. A Client who does not wish to remain on the mailing list or receive product notifications may remove themselves from the list at any time by notifying the Seller directly. Collected personal data are also used to deliver goods and fulfill obligations between the Client and the Seller. To provide better service, the Seller may disclose Client information to third parties that provide services to the Seller and have agreed to keep the shared information confidential. A third party may be, for example, a partner responsible for transporting goods sold in the online store or for providing after-sales services.
4. Personal data transferred to the Seller are entered into the client database and used to provide sales services and offer products to the Client.
5. Contact details entered when placing an order and information about purchases made are stored by the Seller. This information is considered confidential and is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data necessary for the delivery of goods to the Client are sent to the courier company.
6. The Seller may use the Client’s personal information to send special offers and promotional campaigns by email only if the Client has given their consent to receive such communications.
7. Data transmitted between the Client and banks, as well as the card payment center, are encrypted to ensure the security of the Client’s personal and banking data.
8. Payment is made outside the online store, in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The online store does not have access to the Client’s banking details or credit card information.
9. All personal information of the Client obtained during visits to the online store and purchases will be treated as confidential.
